Payments are securely processed by RBI-authorized payment gateways. Sitara does not store your debit card number, credit card number, CVV, or banking passwords.

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines are provided as estimates. Unexpected delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, logistics disruptions, or regulatory restrictions may occur.

Orders above ₹999 qualify for FREE Shipping across India.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please inspect your package upon delivery and report damaged or incorrect items to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
